My aged heat pump started having issues last June, and it finally gave out and had to be replaced in January. From the knowledgable lady on the phones helping with my decision, the techs that did previous service calls, to the installation tech, to a final system check by Bryan the owner, this is a great company to do business with.

Can't recommend this company enough. Prompt, professional, and most importantly, fairly priced. The customer service and prices I got from other companies for a full HVAC replacement were egregious. The techs took pride in their work and were extremely respectful to me and my home.

Our unit was not working up to speed and kept entering a delayed cycle. Tim has been out twice and he came out again and got the unit back up and working! What we loved most is that he took time to check multiple things to make sure it wasn’t an additional issue. We have a service contract with Ambient and highly recommend that as well. So helpful they offer this to customers. We are so happy with Ambient Cooling and Heating and highly recommend them.
